The opportunity
If you have excellent organisational and administrative skills and you love working in a dynamic, vibrant environment, then we are are looking for someone like you to provide maternity leave cover for our Health and Safety Team Administrator.
This is a part time role 2.5 days per week and you will be supporting the Director of Health and Safety and members of the health and safety team here at the University of the Arts London.
The role involves a wide range of office administrative tasks including organising meetings and taking minutes, raising purchase orders, processing invoices for payment, budget tracking, diary management, document control and supporting new starters in the team.
About you
You will ideally be experienced in working in administrative roles supporting a director and a busy team.
You should have a good standard of education, including GCSEs in Maths and English.
Working collaboratively, providing great customer service and using your initiative will be something you enjoy and are good at.
