The Advertising Solutions Framework is a carefully curated list of service providers with a proven and successful track record in offering advertising solutions. As an approved supplier, CJA is able to offer fully compliant supply arrangements quickly and efficiently. The framework covers a broad spectrum of advertising services to meet various needs. CJA is an approved supplier for Lot 1 Recruitment Advertising & Related Services.
Lot 1 provides customer access to a broad range of services in terms of recruitment advertising and other resourcing related advertising services. Our recruitment advertising, employer marketing, career sites and response handling services assist organisations to attract suitably qualified candidates.
The Advertising Solutions framework allows you to access our services in two ways – by call-off or by further competition. Call-off
A call-off may also be referred to as a direct award and is the quickest way to procure CJA’s services.
Further competition is a streamlined tendering process allowing you to evaluate our services against certain criteria and identify the best solution.

Absolutely. The call-off route is an ideal procurement solution. The direct award process allows you to access our services quickly and can be used for a variety of campaign needs, ranging from immediate advertising to campaign microsites and to longer term strategic assignments such as Places for Growth within the Civil Service, establishing new departments, and increasing representation, to name a few recent examples.
