Job description

The opportunity

University of the Arts London (UAL) is looking for a PA/Administrator to join us on a permanent basis.

You will provide general administrative support to Academic Registry in the operation of the assessment and quality processes of the University plus secretarial and administrative support to the Academic Registrar and Heads of Section.

You will support the operation of University academic committees including organising meetings, minute taking and preparation of agenda items.

About you

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration preferably in the Higher Education sector (but not essential). They will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), be able to devise communications for different audiences and have experience of basic finance administration. They will be able to use their initiative, have excellent planning and organisational skills and be able to work on a number of activities simultaneously.
