The opportunity
We are pleased to offer an opportunity for the role of College Office Administrator at Central Saint Martin’s, University Arts London. This role will play an integral part within the Executive Office Support team by supporting the Executive team with a high level of administrative support.
We are looking for someone that will be able to support senior colleagues in a number of different ways including, (but not limited to); extensive diary support, providing clerical support to committees and meetings, (including preparing papers and agenda, invitations, minuting meetings, archiving documents, and following up on pending actions), processing expenses, arranging appropriate hospitality, (including arranging travel, accommodation, and catering) and providing administrative support for local cross-College events, (such as all-staff meetings, away days and showcase activities).
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
-Experience in providing administrative support to colleagues in senior management roles.
-Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
-Be able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as working flexibly to meet the needs of the Executive team with competing demands.
-Effective communication skills and being able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders whilst exercising a collaborative approach.
