Salary: £42,477 to £50,961 per annum
Contract: Full time
Hours: Full time
Job description
The opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and highly proactive Commercial Operations Manager to support us in establishing our commercial operations for this new unit, liaising closely with the Commercial Director to set priorities and drive progress against our initiatives.
Working across research, marketing, recruitment and student support services within UAL Online, you will play a critical role in building and optimising our processes, establishing new ways of working across the university, and realising strategic initiatives. We’ll be looking to you to bring structure and planning to new activities and workstreams, and to ensure progress and achievement in their delivery.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will have the proven ability to organise and manage complex projects, and to lead a distributed matrix of stakeholders across operational change programmes.
You will excel at turning ideas into reality, often beginning from a place of ambiguity. You’ll be a strategic problem solver, ready to tackle challenges. You’ll also need strong stakeholder management and communication skills as you’ll have wide-ranging engagement with individuals across the university, from our UAL Online team to central service functions to academic departments.
We are UAL
