Job description

The opportunity

As a Course Leader BA (Hons) Fine Art: Drawing you will be joining Camberwell’s Fine Art Programme Team to lead one of the five specialist courses in our cluster of fine art disciplines where aesthetics and excellence meet. Students on this course are encouraged to adopt a broad approach to the constantly evolving world of contemporary fine art drawing and you will be instrumental in helping them make that happen.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic, highly skilled and experienced academic practitioner to join the  BA (Hons) Fine Art: Drawing course as permanent Course Leader. You will play a key role undertaking teaching, assessment, and curriculum development, managing resources and people related to the course. You will work closely with colleagues from the Programme, Academic Support, Student Services and the college community. You will need to have an in-depth understanding and personal experience of teaching and facilitating creative practices in fine art. Expertise in contemporary fine art practice and/or research is desirable.
