The opportunity

London College of Communication (LCC), a vibrant part of University of the Arts London (UAL), is looking for an innovative Digital Learning Producer.


This senior role is crucial in driving the college's digital learning strategy, ensuring that our digital teaching and learning environment is cutting-edge and engaging for our diverse student body.


As a Digital Learning Producer, you will collaborate closely with course teams, academic staff, and professional services across LCC and other UAL colleges. Your role will involve co-designing, developing, and implementing blended and online learning solutions. You will also provide technical and training support to staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality digital learning experiences.


This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of digital learning innovation, working within a supportive and creative environment. You will have the chance to lead projects, manage teams, and contribute to research and development in the field of educational technology and experience the implementation of emerging technologies in creative education in the UK.

About you

You are an experienced digital learning professional with a proven track record in developing and delivering online and blended learning solutions within an educational setting and will also demonstrate extensive knowledge of digital learning pedagogies and production methodologies. You are adept at using Moodle and other learning management systems and will also possess strong project and people management skills.


Your expertise in online and blended learning, combined with your excellent communication and collaboration skills, will enable you to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. You are proactive, innovative, and committed to enhancing the student learning experience through the use of technology.
