Join us at UAL Short Courses for an exciting opportunity to teach on our Jewellery Business course.
UAL Short Courses deliver a wide array of distinctive courses, enabling students to learn from industry experts, acquire new skills, and enhance their portfolios. Our courses are available online and in-person across UAL locations, scheduled throughout the year, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Introduction to the Jewellery Business Short Course
- 17th February – 17th March 2025, Mondays, 18:30 – 21:00
- 8th – 9th March 2025, Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 – 16:00
- 16th April – 14th May 2025, Wednesdays, 18:30 – 21:00
- 14th – 15th June 2025, Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 – 16:00
About you

We are particularly keen to hear from practicing jewellery business professionals, with a wealth of experience establishing and maintaining successful jewellery businesses.
Candidates should be capable of planning and delivering inclusive sessions that develop and engage learners, incorporating their own specialisms and styles. A solid understanding of the industry or subject area is essential, as is prior experience in teaching or training. A teaching qualification is desirable but not mandatory. Tutors should be confident in working with diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds, creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Strong organisational skills, including the management of materials, are required.
