You will assume responsibility for teaching, curriculum development, and on-going scholarship within the Programme, with a particular focus on BA Fashion Sportswear. Based in the School of Design and Technology, this unique course considers how sport, science, new technologies, fashion trends and cultural contexts influence fashion retail, equipping our students with the skills and expertise to begin a career in this evolving industry.

As a Lecturer, you will be required to deliver seminars, workshops and practical demonstrations on the process of creative and innovative design, engaging your students through innovative and inspiring teaching.

You will expand the capacity of the course design to meet the needs of the rapidly changing industry for menswear, womenswear and sportswear products. You will also facilitate pedagogic and curriculum development that challenges the canon of fashion garment design and sportswear, keeping the curriculum at the forefront of creative and professional practice.
