We are currently seeking an OD People Performance, Planning, and Review Consultant to join us in shaping a future where our University not only thrives but also leads with creativity and purpose.
As an OD People Performance, Planning, and Review Consultant, you will coordinate the annual cycle of planning and review conversations across UAL, ensuring that these discussions support performance, well-being, and development. You will collaborate with stakeholders to launch and manage these crucial conversations, developing and delivering training aligned with our digital advancements and data insights.
You will also lead initiatives to enhance engagement and effectiveness across the University through improved and more frequent performance conversations. By working closely with HR Business Partners, Digital Teams, and key stakeholders, you will ensure that our performance management processes are inclusive and reflective of our diverse community.

About you
You will be an experienced OD practitioner with a profound commitment to diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism, integrating these principles into all aspects of your work.
If you have a professional CIPD accreditation, and are skilled in drafting communications, presenting data, and facilitating training sessions aimed at behavioural change, we would like to hear from you.
