To accommodate this growth, we are seeking a talented Resourcing Adviser to deliver a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Working with hiring managers, you will administer the recruitment process, which includes job advertising, managing applications and organising interviews, whilst advising on the application of relevant recruitment policies and procedures for the recruitment process.
You will also draft all recruitment correspondence and ensure documentation is up to date throughout the process, along with maintaining and producing reports from REx (Recruiting Excellence system) ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
About you
We value the diversity of experience our staff bring with them, and our resourcing professionals come from a variety of sectors. Key to this role will be your significant relevant administrative experience of working in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
You will have experience of utilising social media platforms such as LinkedIn to source potential candidates, and engaging with prospects through email or phone. (Desirable but not essential. Must demonstrate the willingness to learn). Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with candidates and internal teams.
You will have relevant recruitment experience combined with awareness of UKVI and employment legislation. Experience of using MS Office; Word, Excel, Access; Intranet/Internet; HR systems (preferably Midland HR iTrent); applicant tracking systems (preferably Oleeo) is also required. Equally important will be your effective communication and organisational skills, and a collaborative approach.
