Job description
The opportunity
The post holder will provide a professional, customer-focused quality service, supporting the Dean and Associate Dean on a variety of projects and events as well as providing administration support for the Deans office. This includes maintaining a clear budget position and supporting course leaders with contracting processes. The post holder is responsible for analysing, collating and producing statistical and other reports on behalf of the Deanery ensuring accuracy, quality and timeliness of the tasks. They will also be responsible for supporting communication in the School and organising, attending, clerking and minuting School meetings as required.

About you
We are looking for a strong administrator with significant experience in working in a supporting role who is able to manage data, organise events and manage projects. You will need experience of writing and formatting reports, using a variety of packages. The ability to keep a budget position and support academic staff with contracting is essential. A degree or relevant experience is also essential to this role.
