UAL invites you to join us as a Staff Development Consultant (Digital Learning) and help shape the future of learning for our vibrant academic community.
As a Staff Development Consultant specialising in Digital Learning, you will bring your expertise to our central Staff Development Team within the Culture Hub. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge eLearning content that supports the strategic goals of our People Strategy.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and staff developers, to deliver creative and impactful learning solutions. Your work will span across various digital platforms such as Canvas, SharePoint, Moodle, and UAL's bespoke online learning environments.

About you
We are looking for an experienced digital learning professional with a deep understanding of creating asynchronous learning solutions. Your technical proficiency in tools like Adobe Captivate, Adapt, and CMS systems will be essential in crafting high-quality eLearning resources.
You will excel in a consultancy capacity, providing strategic advice and support to HR colleagues and other stakeholders. Your ability to facilitate both digital and face-to-face learning activities, alongside your experience in data analysis and impact measurement, will ensure the continuous improvement of our learning resources.
Additionally, you will be a natural leader, capable of managing a team and fostering collaborative relationships across diverse groups.
