Job description
The opportunity
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a desire to make a difference in the education sector? Are you passionate about marketing and student recruitment? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you and we want to hear from you!
Join our team in UAL's Student Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions (SMRA) department and play a key role in reaching quality prospective students in both domestic and international markets.
Utilising your expertise in digital media, marketing channels, and tracking technologies, you will lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results. Your strategic mindset and customer-centric approach will ensure that our campaigns are both impactful and effective. You will work closely with the Student Recruitment Marketing Manager and colleagues across the department to plan, implement, and evaluate innovative marketing campaigns that support our student recruitment targets.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing activities, from above-the-line advertising to paid search campaigns. You will collaborate with the Digital and Content teams to create engaging content and optimise our digital channels for maximum impact.
For maximum engagement, you will utilise market research and intelligence in your approaches and champion the principles of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
About you
We are looking for someone with experience in creating marketing collateral in both print and digital formats, supported by a solid understanding of website Content Management Systems (CMS) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) practices. If you have a working knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing, market research, CRM and platforms like Google AdWords and Social Media advertising, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and deliver tangible results. If you hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a related field, have experience building professional networks, and excel at working collaboratively in a team environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
The post-holder would require to be able to monitor, interpret and report on data and metrics to evaluate the success of our marketing campaigns. Your ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and problem-solve creatively will set you up for success in this role.
If you hold a marketing qualification e.g. Chartered Institute of Marketing Certificate or Diploma along with experience of implementing paid search campaigns this would also be desirable for the role.
Apply now, take your career to the next level with UAL and make a meaningful impact in student recruitment and marketing!
